5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGES

Our SMS program is used to send text messages for application updates, customer service, responses to inquiries, and occasional promotions when you opt in.


5.1 Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you must opt in again.

5.3 Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


5.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.


5.5 Recurring Messages Disclosure

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages from us. Frequency depends on your engagement with our services. You are not required to opt in to recurring messages to place orders or use our services.


5.6 Prohibited Content

Our SMS messages will never include phishing attempts, illegal content, or SHAFT-related content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) in violation of any laws or regulations.


5.7 SMS Opt-In Data Protection

Your opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties except those required to facilitate our SMS service. We do not share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
